Easy trade back. We've reached that point in the draft where every guy I like (pretty much) tested poorly for their position average. Or poor RAS scores. So I need the extra value before we take a risk.
I feel like he’s another Harbaugh kid who was never coached up. The list is long and continuously growing unfortunately.
No draft analysis sites really say anything positive about this TE group after maybe Tremble/Long/ possibly Yeboah. But that's how you find good #2 TE's out of nowhere in this league. I personally think now that I've dove deep into the group that there's 5-6 guys not being talked about at all that at least have a chance with health/coaching to make an impact in the league. Eubanks is near the top of that group for me. Has some nuance to his route running, varies his speed, good hands, decent creativity after the catch. And I think (not a huge shock coming from Michigan) that he at least has the willingness and build to become an okay blocker at the position. I think he's undervalued. I'd love him as a 6th-UDFA grab for the Colts. Decent height too.
I have 2-3 more guys on my list after Eubanks. There’s definitely still some potential in some of these guys that are left.
2ET if we haven't heard from him. I gotta go grocery shopping. I'll peek in from my phone. I have a list for Houston and Atlanta, so text me @LAOJoe if they're up suddenly.
