Tim - it's still there. no big deal. can i have a sixers or hoops medal? i will post sixers and hoops stuff for us few fans. haha.
even when it was back up, my browser still had it as expired. the next day and a total refresh, it worked and came back. Thanks the heavens!
I had a member who decided to go back and delete some threads and posts they had made, for no other reason than to delete them. I'm looking at a way of putting a time limit on it for how far back someone can delete.
It's set up so that you can delete a post if you accidentally double one up, unless someone posts after. There will no longer be that ability to go back and delete posts from more than 24 hours prior.
ok-in some cases, post could be deleted that just need to be deleted due to being out of context or a better post that follows from the same person etc.
I will not be bringing back the full ability to delete. After reviewing it prior to working on a solution I found that there were too many situations where people were deleting entire threads that they created. Once a thread is opened here it is under our discretion as to whether or not it should remain.
The "Edit" button sometimes is not displayed for my messages. Is this a known issue? Specifically, I posted some messages in the "do you think you know hockey?" board. I had some that were a bit sloppy, but I could not go in to fix them without the Edit button.
I'm working on setting it up so that edits can be made going back for 24 hours and double posts can be deleted while making it so that users cannot go back and delete threads they have created without our approval. I'm hoping to have it sorted out by the end of July.
