G.M.O. - 2018 NFL Draft

  1. Torgo M.V.P. Manager Falcons

If anyone was wondering, this wasn't a joke. Seeking offensive assistant to help with WR drills. Willing to cough up 7th round pick to get one by name rather than just say "assume I hire somebody".

lol. He isn't joking. He already tried to poach me and he did a trade last year.

I left a list with the other mods so as not to hold it up if Spress picks when I'm away. Irish is right after me so it should work out well.

I wish I was young enough to do metrics on hunger versus complacency. It seems some 5 star recruits just sit and 3 star players get it.

Raiders have an OL body rub assistant job opening. LAOJoe would be perfect.

How does one get the title beer whisperer? Like can you tell me what beer is perfect for me or what?

Yep. He asked me back in the first round if the Ravens had anyone I would want in a potential trade. I said hands down the most tempting Raven is Craig Ver Steeg.

People would do far worse for that type of money. Where's the application? lol

How did you know? I do have a "white russian" in my hand right now -- coffee and vanilla bean cream ale -- so that was pretty damn close.

  12. rediiis Guest

You enjoy your white Russian, you would cream your jeans over what I recommended. I am "beer whisperer"

I really wanted to draft Victor Azeem 2 years ago. He was passed by so many on his own team that I just hope him well.

We seem to be at a lull or stopping point for the night, so...

Falcons draft recap = nothing special.

I didn't have many roster needs, and since I'm looking to WIN NOW, I filled them in free agency with guys who have some experience rather than depending on unproven rookies. The kids can have a year or two to develop.

Rashaan Evans (1st round) at LB means Vic Beasley won't have to play OLB anymore. Beasley can return to full time duty at DE, where he led the NFL in sacks in 2016. The DE group and the LB group both got better with one pick.

Everyone else is depth and future development.

  15. SPress Franchise Player Manager

My apologies guys. A co worker had A serious incident with his new born. Hopefully everything will work out ok. Anyway I've been buried in double duty and this is the 1st I've been able to look since very early this morning. My pick?
