thats interesting. obviously you have to be good enough to have the lead so often but i wonder if they play a more offensive style than the norm when the other team pulls the goalie. you happen to have access to the stat of how many goals they've given up when the opposition pulls their goalie?
Not exactly fun, persay, but a huge stat. All seven Canadian teams are now officially mathematically eliminated from the playoff hunt. Dammmmmmmmmmmmmm......

uggghh, that was a tough draft outside of the few major hits. is Beach retired? maybe Benning can bring him back home.
some nice later round steals in that draft- Josi went # 38, Stepan 51, Holtby 93, Nyquist 121, Spurgeon 156, Atkinson 157. Erik Karlsson #15 too. moral of the story here is that teh Hawks and Canucks suck.
The Sabres traded #13 in '08 and an '09 3rd to the LAK to move up one spot and nab Myers at 12. I'm happy with that since LA also went D, but that guy would not have netted Bogosian like Myers did. With the 1st (#26) from SJ in the Campbell trade, Darcy selected T. Ennis. We still do not know what he'll net, but has worked out a heluva a lot better than most picks.
