Actually Tim it doesn't work quite right. The blue bar on the bottom makes it so the last post on each page can't be edited at all since the bar blocks the menu.
When I make the theme changeover it will correct that issue. One step at a time, lol. We can now embed tweets using the empty box in the bbcode bar. Just copy the tweet url and put it within the tag, like so - [twitter=https://twitter.com/BabyJerseys/status/798708630765744132][/twitter]
p.s. My quest to become the division winner with the lowest total points got a nice boost last night from Kurt Coleman! Look out Appalachian Fishers!
You may become the playoff team with the lowest total points... but don't score too many points this week or you'll catch Irish lol.
It seems all matchups are decided already this week. AFC Bloody Beavers (11-1) have clinched the AFC West & #1 Seed and bye in the AFC by either Overall Record or Conference Record over Dork Dynasty. Dork Dynasty (10-2) has clinched the AFC East & the #2 Seed in the AFC. Irish's Rabid Dawgs (5-7) and Spicyweiner (4-7-1) play this week for the wildcard. NFC ANED (9-3) have clinched the NFC South & essentially clinched the #1 Seed and bye in the NFC by either Overall Record or More Points over Beachbums after tying on Conference Record. Beachbums (8-4) have clinched the NFC North & the #2 Seed in the NFC. BOMBERS (6-5-1) would clinch the wildcard with a win over ANED OR an Appalachian Fishers loss OR a tie AND Fishers tie. Appalachian Fishers (6-6) would clinch the wildcard with a win over Turftoes AND a BOMBERS loss or tie OR a tie AND BOMBERS loss. *At a tie with BOBMERS at 6-5-2 & 7-6 or 6-6-1 & 6-6-1, Fishers would earn the wildcard for scoring More Points on the season after tying on conference record. Dork Dynasty should hold on to win the regular season points title but it isn't impossible for him to slip late. Fort Kickass has clinched the #1 pick in the draft. Tiger Style has clinched the #2 pick in the draft. If there are any errors please bring them to my attention.
Im asking myself the same question. Not only 49 points but Brees had 35 attempts 310 yards and 4 touchdowns but your #1 WR doesn't even sniff the ball. Either the rams covered him like white on rice or he pissed in Drew's cheerios.
I amazingly won a total of 2 points combined in 2 leagues despite playing Cooks. By 1.04 in my NFL.com league where I needed Santos to get those 2 FGs in OT as the last scores of the matchup, and in our Franchise league where I won by 1 despite Cooks.
Seems like our wildcard participants might not be decided unless Graham does poorly tongiht. The Raiders really not helping Will. Mist be because it rhymes with Bill. *CRAZY* *REF*
So Spicyweiner came from nowhere to make the playoffs. He was sitting at 2-6-1 just 4 weeks ago and needed Irish to lose 5 straight to get in. But hey don't say he was lucky. If anything the luck overcame his horrible scheduling luck. He had the 6th most points in the league. With 6 playoff spots that's legit. Then there is BOMBERS. He made it in with under 100 ppg but that was due to a first half slump. He's coming in hot. The real shame is Appalachian Fishers missing out despite having the 4th most points. And it wasn't a minuscule margin either. While the top 3 finished well ahead in points for, the Fishers were quite a bit ahead of the rest of the pack. Always ran into some team with a hot week except for 2 wins where Dork and ANED were having bad weeks by their standards. Congrats to Jason on winning the points title again. For a while it looked like you were going to run away with it. Spress and I gave you a run for your money until we cooled off some the last few weeks. The #1 draft pick unsurprisingly goes to the new guy who took on a reclamation project. He looks in better shape now heading into next season and could make noise as soon as next year. Ask Will who made the playoffs after being last. Talking about playoffs. We have 4 new playoff teams as only Bloody Beavers and Dork Dynasty return. Only Irish's Rabid Dawgs and Fort Kickass have yet to make the playoffs.
It's posted somewhere in the fantasy threads - I made the comment that I needed to go no worse than 2-3 to start the season with a suspended Brady. I went 1-4 and missed the playoffs by 1 win. Just too big of a hole to dig out of. Really competitive season in the National Conference. I predicted the NCS would be a lot tougher this season and if Cam has a bounce back year in 2017 for mutigers than that division could have an 8 win team not make the playoffs. Joe and Jason paced the Northern Conference but I think the wildcard race is going to be much tougher next season. Two of those teams were roughly 10 points a week off of what will be needed for a likely playoff spot next year. Some savvy off-season moves pick that up quickly. Congrats to Beach and Spress for their first division titles. *DRINK* Congrats to Will and Spicy for their first playoff berths. *DRINK* Congrats to Jason for taking the points title both years of the leagues existence. *DRINK* Congrats to Joe for having a 1 loss season and a return to the playoffs. *DRINK* The top half of the draft is set - #1 - Fort Kickass #2 - Tiger Style #3 - Truth's Trash Talkers #4 - Turf Toes #5 - Irish's Rabid Dawgs #6 - Fishers
I got lucky in the yeary league. I lost 4 straight to start the season and have since popped off 9 straight on my way to the #4 seed. I've only scored more than the 6th highest point teams average score 4 times all season. That is brutal. Now 2 of those were in the past 2 weeks so I'm trending up but that is just lucky as hell. In my money league I started 0-4 without Brady and then lost 1 more to start 0-5 and then 1-6. In my first 3 games I started Fitzpatrick who had a good week 2 at least. But that included a negative points week 3. Ouch. Week 4 I started Stafford who got single digit points. He actually did worse than Fitz that week who got less than 9 points! Thankfully Brady fixed most of my issues and the team had some parity outside the top 3 teams. I was in dead last until the I entered the final week and now jump into the playoffs as the #4 seed at 6-7. The team I just beat is also 6-7 and we'll have a rematch this week. The #6 seed was last week's last place team and he won a 5-way tie for 6th(and last). If not for some lucky results I couldn't control I'd be cooked for sure. I guess I do deserve my seed though. I had the 4th highest points total. That's 3 leagues including the franchise league where it seemed I had no business making the playoffs. And Tim thanks for running this. *DRINK*
