If I kept less defenders until then it could have really screwed me. I had 4 DLs and 4 LBs. Now it's 3 & 5. I was gonna put a DL on the PS and make them 3 but now I had to put a LB instead. Oh and I am back home with full stable interwebs now.
Wednesday, September 7th - Deadline for Practice Squad designations 2 players (1 offense/1 defense) may be placed on the PS prior to the deadline at 8pm. IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE THE DEADLINE YOUR ROSTER WILL BE CUT DOWN TO 31 AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD PLAYERS TO THE PS TILL WEEK 5 OR WEEK 10 (the opening for PS changes). CUTS WILL BE MADE BY THE RECOMMENDATION OF ALL 3 COMMISSIONERS. Practice squad players will be kept in the 2 injured reserve spots that will remain after the final cuts. There will be no spot for IR players this season, which is the reason why the basic roster was expanded by one to 31.
Just to clarify... I have on my active roster 31 and 2 already on the IR for a total of 33. Am I set, or is there more for me to do?

We got a tie. 95-94 heading into tonight in a matchup with the trailing team still having Brandin Cooks. He proceeds to get 1 point. Partially related, 4 guys finished last with 95 points and 3 others scored 118. There may still be stat corrections but that's how it looks tonight. Expect Brees to lose a passing TD to Ingram as it was a lateral, but in this league it won't change any results (or my 118).
I went into the start of the season needing to come out with a 2-3 record. Inconsistent quarterback play and injuries are making that a real stretch at this point.
Tell me about it...my season has started about the same way the last one ended... I'm very familiar with my L4SN Fantasy Football motto, "Waiting For Next Year"
If the season ended right now Irish you would be a wildcard team. You have the second highest point total in your conference. You should be in the thick of things down the stretch this season and I would not be surprised to see you make the playoffs. I might send you a counter-offer for the trade offer you sent. I have to look over a couple things first.
Let me know...I've sent another offer out to another team, I need to make a move. Once I settle on a move, I will be done...I need a RB pretty bad.
So I go into Monday Nights game needing just 2 points for a win. I have Brandon Cooks going and what happens? He gets 1 point and I finish in a tie. Half my team is injured and my luck couldnt be worse. I love fantasy football, lol. *WALL*
My defensive IR got cut and so at first opportunity I placed Morgan Burnett at IR as the system placed the add there. I just wondered now was that not allowed? Would I normally have to cut Ingram first and then move Burnett to IR then opening a spot and hope I get a waiver claim if the claim was on the other side of the ball? If so it was a mistake on my part. I was going to drop Ingram anyways but I was caught up in the mentality of not dropping without an add.
Looking at the transaction report Joe, you added Darkwa prior to moving Burnett to the practice squad. This means that technically, you waived Ingram from the PS and signed Darkwa to the PS. This would have made for an illegal line-up on the practice squad, having 2 offensive players and no defensive players. The move making the change after that (Darkwa and Burnett) would be an illegal PS move that would only be legal during the post week 5/post week 10 practice squad moves. The way this should have been done was to cut Ingram and move Burnett to the PS prior to the waiver claims. Then Darkwa would have been an add to the regular roster in an open spot. I'm going to message the other commissioners to get their take on this. Right now I'm inclined to let it stand and use this as an example of what not to do when making moves for the PS in regards to the waiver wire. *REF*
So prior to Week 6 I can remove Eifert from my IR spot, replace him with another offensive player and put Eifert in my lineup right?
Yep - Once that PS position is filled that player will not be eligible to go on the regular roster till after week 10.
