how does the IR carry over into the next season?

 

It works like the PS. If you wish to keep a player you have on IR you have to make room for him on your 30 man roster at the end of the season.

 

Tim, it's telling me the password I'm entering is incorrect. I'm signing up under a different email address than the one you sent it to, I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

 

You have to register for an account through FleaFlicker before you can join the league.

That means you need to register there first, then use the link in the email.
