No shit SPress. lol [h] The Bloody Beavers select: Dan Carpenter, K - Buffalo Bills[/h] McCoy and co should get them to close but no cigar territory often if their QB situation stays a mess.
The 31st and 32nd picks did not have to be the practice squad players. I already drafted mine earlier. I did not draft a kicker yet. Yahoo just goofed and we didn't notice they cut out 2 rounds until near the end.
Also by language of our rules you are allowed to have a defensive unit be your defensive practice squad if you so wish. At this point changing it would require a unanimous vote (I would assume). Plus a kicker would be Offense too no?
Yes, but you do not have to declare what players are on the roster till the start of the season roster cuts.
Ya Tim. I was just clearing it up because Rediiis called it a PS pick. He'll probably pick someone else when it comes to it though. He was probably confused. I also said/asked the kicker thing because perhaps Irish as wondering how I'd put one on the PS.
Everyone know I already took the perfect guy. He may be the only guy in these rouds guaranteed to start every week.
Still don't know why you'd remove your #1 QB for a guy like Tebow. Do you really trust him more for 2? Talking about 2-pt converts it has been really interesting following the CFL with the new rule this year. 2-pts from the 3 instead of 5 like before and PAT's are 20 yards back from before at the 25 (32-33 yard kicks). It's basically the same as the NFL will have it but the 2-pt convert line is 1 yard further back and you can't return it.
D in CFL has to be 1 yard back of LOS though so it feels a bit less. If you are wondering you get within the 1 yard line the ball is moved back to the 1. The rule is fun though because many teams risk 3rd and 1-2-3 instead of punting it on 3rd down. I like the NFL better but it's the differences that make them both cool.
Well I am less than blown away with the guys that are left. A few fliers possibly, but nothing fantastic. We'll take Brandon Marshall (DEN LB) for the PS.
