They scored twice! ...and lost, again. 8-2. One thing about those Tigers, when they lose, they do it big time.
lol, when it got to 6-2, i bailed. ever been in farm country in the spring when the farmers have just spread manure on their fields? that's the tigers right now.
I didnt even know he was the voice of the Blue Jays until now. Makes me glad for the Tigers Radio Network. Thats one thing i dont mind and grew up doing since i was a little kid...listening to the Tigers on radio, especially during the day. Im shoveling out and spreading 6 bags of mulch today in a couple of perennial gardens I made a couple years back. Been planting about 4 flats of different flowers, mostly 'rocket' snapdragons. Ive been taking many breaks, and what should be a 1 hour job is probably going to last this entire game...I like being my own boss, lol. Damn...better go spread some more. Tigers getting rocked.
New slogan - Have a Coke and a cry. Swept by the Jays, I think I need a jay. 7-3 final. The crash and burn, downward free fall continues. 27-12 just a couple weeks ago...since, 4-13, or something stupid like that. Hard to figure out. Hope it turns around soon. Things getting real close in the Central now too...got us a race.
this bullpen is so not good. D Brow your my guy but subtracting Benoit, Veres, Smyly and Dotel cant possibly be good. Damn, you do so many things right yet obvious things get missed. Your as smart as they come, I fully expect you to remedy the situation. and If nothing else your a genius when it comes to pitching. remember all the laughter when you drafted Randy Johnson.......

They gotta be scratching their collective heads in the clubhouse and front offices. Its not just 1 or 2 guys, everybody is blowing up right now. Its an odd funk their in when the whole damn team seems to be in a slump out side of Kinsler, Cabrera and Victor. Scherzer has been junking it up, and Verlander too. Sanchez has been about the only bright spot on the entire pitching staff. Tall task to straighten things out against the Red Sox. Maybe this game will bring out the best of the Tigers.
