...and it worked out well having Martinez lead off. Tigers 14, Astros 3: Ian Kinsler homers twice, Detroit's bats stay hot and I think I'll stop worrying about the offense, its come around nicely. SS Iglesias will be on the DL when the season starts. Looks like Lambardozzi and Perez will share time at short.

Its not looking good for Iglesias...he could miss a large part of the season. Drew would be nice, but expensive...he's looking for a multiple year contract at around 8 mil/yr. One things certain, somebody is going to have to step up big time. Sucks too that this type of injury for Iglesias has showed up with 2 weeks to go. I read Mr D is working the phones, probably, frantically.
