To make up for a rained-out getaway day in early May, the Tigers and Indians will match up for a day-night doubleheader on Saturday at Comerica Park. Detroit's Anibal Sanchez and Cleveland's Josh Tomlin will match up in Game 1, while the Tigers' Jordan Zimmermann will oppose the Tribe's Carlos Carrasco in the nightcap.
