  1. Cabby can be at 50% and he'll still be better than 90% of the league - and Im not exaggerating when I say that, hes that effin good! I see we got the pitching machine taking the bump tonight, hes been the biggest bust in Detroit since Matt Anderson. no movement on his pitches, I can kick the ball harder than he throws. very vanilla at best. If you dont throw hard you better have some nice offspeed stuff......and he doesnt. hes too hittable and predictable

Yep. There's no way he stays out of the lineup tonight against Cleveland. He wont be trying to beat out any base hits or stretching things into a double, but he will be swinging for the fences, and that's OK by me. :)

Just hope Porcello has the best game of his life. The Tigers starters have been snakebit this week.

Cleveland traded for Jason Kubel today. What do you think of that?

  3. well fat boy has had a couple decent years and really only one good one and that was like 5 years ago. hes sucked all year, I think hes batting around .225. he has strong wrists and can get around pretty good for a fat ass on inside pitches and he has the power to get something out of them. strangely enough hes pretty solid in the field, decent arm and is considerably mobile for a guy that looks like Joey Bagodonuts(thats for you Lulz - old WLLZ ref). what I like is hes absolutely brutal in the postseason. easy to pitch around, no threat whatsoever on the basepaths and does nothing to make you change your gameplan. I like it Indians, if thats your big move. Of course you also were dumb enough to break the bank to get Jimenez

Whoa...a WLLZ reference. I remember them, sorta. :) "Your listening to Detroit's Wheels, WLLZ"

Where were they on the dial? I want to say 98.7. Just a foggy memory. ;)

  6. well done sir, man you guys get some good reception down in Toledo

  7. I like the pitchers there Will, much better. lot of speed in that lineup but thats ok we got Marino back behind the plate. for the record I cant stand Jason Kipnis, I even hate looking at his face on the TV. dont ask me why but I felt I had to say that

Had too. All Toledo ever had was WIOT 104.7, so I learned at a young age to build antennas out of junk around the house to hear all the Detroit stuff. TV in Detroit was always a must down here too. Used to watch alot of HNIC on Windsor 9. Detroit had all the good rock stations, mo town, top 40 (wich back then had some cool stuff), just a better range or selection of music.

Miguel Cabrera has left the game. Cabrera must be in some sort of serious pain to take himself out.
