JV looks like he's got some decent movement on the fastball. A 1-2-3 first is a good thing for him.

Yep. ...and the Tigers bats are really wild right now. They are not very patient.

 

Chen is easily the worst #2 of any team in the playoffs. He's not hard to figure out. He's a ground ball pitcher who has a weak fastball. These announcers make him out to be Nomo in how he's deceptive. Its not hard to cradle the ball before you throw. They should be able to get to this guy

 

Why doesn't JV throw that bender? Its like he abandoned it. His curve ball is a knee buckler. Very nice 12-6 er
