Porcello praying for rain. He's getting hit consistently. 4-0, Giants.

Damn. Rick's getting hit hard in more ways than one.

I heard that Rick Porcello keeps lighting a candle (praying for rain) and the rain keeps putting it out. Ironic!

Apparently Heather Nabozny, Head Grounds Keeper was injured and had to be helped off the field. Hope she's oK.

Winds are ripping threw/through/thru/throo here now.

Wow. It got pretty intense here for a moment. So, doing the sensible thing and ran out back and checked out the storm. The winds were wicked and the clouds were low and black and then the lightning started slashing all around me, so I ran like hell and a sissy back into the house. The end.

Well hell, another long night. What else is new?

Tigers trail by just 1 now, 4-3... thanks to another home run by Victor Martinez. :)

Tigers drop it, 5-4. Fall 2.5 back and KC playing this afternoon. It is hard to follow these Tigers lately. Long games. rain delays, losing, injuries, sucky defense, cant hit... but, the rest is OK. O' well, it aint over. Those head-to-head games with KC are building to be quite the showdown.
