the best thing about that fight was darren elliot's commentary. he was pressed into color service due to ozzie's involvement with the alumni stuff, and i thought he did a damn good job of it. i have to believe he's done it before, that sure didn't sound like a guy behind the mic for a live game for the first time.

Thats one of the first things I noticed about the clip. I agree, he wasnt bad at all. Took me a while to figure out who he actually was. I had no clue.

 

Snow, with more snow in the forecast and lined up behind it. Its going to be a fun game. The way the radar looks it could be quite substantial at times.

 

nice to see i'm not the only one who gets his weather from the NWS. they kick ass and take names.

 

So far, so good. If politicians (of the wrong sort) leave their noses out of the business, and let the qualified meteorologist do their thing...it should be OK.

My favorite NWS/NOAA site is the SPC, especialy in the Spring and Summer, when the weather can get heavy.

I had to laugh at myself after I posted the radar...Im really getting carried away sometimes. Im very excited about todays game, and the weather is going to be a significant factor, I think.

Attendance at the 'Big House' for the Winter Classic - 105,491. Not a bad turn out. Looked like a lot of fun. It was a very good game.

im curious to see if it changes or thats yesterdays loop forever. Ill be watching
