Another wounded Wing...this time Franzen. Out with a possible concussion. The team is literaly turning into the Detroit Red Griffins. Riley Sheahan may be called up as the Wings need yet another center.

Off the top of my head, here's who's out: Howard, Helm, Abdelkader, Franzen, Zetterberg, and Weiss...and there's probably more. Tough going for the Wings right now, and it obviously shows on the ice.

 

good luck w/ that. Bruins have a number of guys that could step up to Parros, if he's even in the lineup.

The snowmen are actually the cryo units they used to preserve Bertuzzi and Samuelsson until they could find a way to repair them.

 

i dont understand having pads to use for just a few occasions and so many goalies these days do it. i would think its safe to say that the person wearing them probably isn't as comfortable in them as he is in his regular everyday pad from both a mental and physical standpoint. you mess w/ a goalies pads and all hell breaks loose.


why do it Quick? i get the throwback Rogie Vachon thing but at what cost?

 

Franzen (concussion) out Tuesday against the Ducks.

 

The Red Wings have scored only five goals in their last five games as they keep losing key players to injuries. Going to try and turn things around against the Ducks. Thats going to be tough. Ducks playing real good hockey right now.

holy guacamole, I knew Detroit was struggling at home, but I didn't know only the Mighty Oil and the Sabres are managing a worse point % at home. Ditchworthy stuff right there. They don't take the title because Edmonton is trying where Buffalo is not.

The fanbase boomed following the release of their third album, Riddle Box, in 1995, leading Insane Clown Posse to write the songs "What Is A Juggalo?" and "Down With The Clown" for their 1997 album The Great Milenko.
