I like this guy... hell of a shot. I think the Wings are high enough on him to protect him. I would rather see a vet moved, someone like Weiss, before they let Pullky go. His game gets better with experience and he is a pure scorer - he has to be with the big club and i think this Summer some of the older guy's are getting moved to make room for him and players like him. I see big time potential with this guy... i believe he is star material.

boy, am i glad i decided to stop trying to fight with my crap connection and tried to get some sleep instead, rather than watch the 3rd.

 

Tell ya what... i am in pain from my neck down and feel like crap from other issues. I did the same thing (tried to sleep it off) and wasnt even surprised by the final score after watching just the first 10 minutes. This is very disconcerning.

 

are we witnessing the end of the mike babcock era in detroit?

 

Honestly, I hope not. He's arguably one of the best in the bizz. He's tough, but good. I also think what the Wings are going through is something that can be fixed with effort and just plugging along. I sure hope the entire first half wasnt a fluke or anomole of some sort. I really dont think it was and I really dont believe thats possible in today's game... i think he got the most out of what he has to work with tho and some of the puck luck has been scarce.

On the other hand, lol... the dreaded other hand, if the Wings bomb in the playoffs he might decide to change scenery.

 

Wings right back to work today against the Pens... gotta pick up 2 points.

I'm not sure which team is more bipolar. Solid win for the wings and a trainwreck loss for the Pens.

 

No kidding. I only saw most of the 3rd, but from what ive heard and can gather, it was a good Wings win, but an even better knuckleheaded giveaway game by the Pens.
