Babs put the extra skater out at about 3 and a half again.
I felt like some crazy bread watching the game last night
I like when Babs put out the 6th attacker (with the goalie still in) earlier in the contest. I wish he was mic'd up that exchange. I swear he was talking to the voices.

That's what separates Babs from the sucks. When teams like the Coyotes or Oilers willingly put themselves shorthanded for a shift, he chooses to force the zebras to put his team shorthanded.

Flames just refuse to read the memo that they're supposed to suck.

 

Is there still a huge divide of opinion on Osgood, or did it settle out into a consensus.

 

Ive made it clear where I stand on him, has he improved since last year? probably, but is it an improvement to go from embarrassingly bad to just bad? Im not gonna lie the fact that I hated him when he played doesnt help but he really does blow IMO. Id rather have porn king Trevor Thompson on there, atleast he doesnt ssssttttuuuder

 

Bruins bomb the Wings today, 5-3. It wasnt pretty. Wings gave up to shorty's... i was embarrassed.

 

The odds of Paille scoring twice in the same game are about as good as Jimmy Howard scoring twice in the same game.

 

It was a special teams nightmare. The Wings have looked terrible their last couple.

 

Gustavsson (injury) replaced by the called up Mrazek.

For the Oilers?

I dont have a good feeling about this, but always hoping for the best. The Wings are out off sync at the present and now is the time to fix that.

 

On the bright side - Wings are 14-0-2 against the Oilers. Oilers are 0-3-1 in their last 4. Them's good odds.

Oilers to the rescue. They're so generous, MacT should get some kind of a humanitarian award for the amount of confidence he instills in about 25 other teams.

i didn't see the game, I'm sure that the Wings mustve dominated though.

 

I really thought the Weiss deal was going to add everything + they were losing with Filppula at a lower cap hit.

Jurco hasn't progressed to well this year from what little I've watched of him. I'm really curious about what happens with Pulkinnen. The plot for the summer is getting more interesting in Detroit. If they keep Babs, I think they're going to lose some more long term assets for nothing, if they lose Babs they get to lose some points in the standings.
