Well Canada just shut it's border to everyone except US citizens (for now) and certain exceptions like pilots and diplomats and their immediate family. Only Toronto, Calgary, Montreal and Vancouver are open to International flights with the exception of US, Mexico and St. Pierre & Miquelon which can land at any airport. All trade/good transport is still allowed.
