I cant argue with Cherry. Ive always thought Thornton was a stand up enforcer, maybe not. I dont like what he did here. this is a guy that normally has good restraint and knows when its beneficial to drop the mitts, this wasnt the time. Didnt much care for how he went about this. the thing that bothers me is guys that cant fight but play the role do that type of stuff, but Thornton is a gamer and I know hes not afraid of Orpik so why do that stuff *SCRATCH*

 

I like Thornton too. He just lost it for a moment. From some of the highlites I saw, Orpick nailed Eriksson and took him out of the game. Thornton then went straight up to Orpik and challenged him to go, and Orpik didnt want anything to do with Thornton. I thought what Orpik did was wrong, and had it coming. I wanted Thornton to nail Orpik...Orpik dished it out, he should have been ready to recieve it right back. I guess, I just didnt like how he lost it and dragged him down from behind. Orpik kinda started the whole mess anyway.

Anyway, easy for me to second guess things, when I wasnt in the heat of the battle. I like how Cherry eluded to the way things used to get done. You just have to wait for the right moment...and then business gets taken care of.

 

I didnt see the Eriksson stuff, yeah sounds like he had it coming. Orpik is a douche and hes done his share of shady BS in the past. I dont care for him. good post Will
