Hey, Frank, this personal quest of yours to be an asshole all over this board is going to come to a quick fucking end.
Every situation is completely different and you don't need to feel threatened by a woman in order for her to do harm. I'm not normal stature. I'm taller than average and in my youth I was pretty muscular. I had a girlfriend in college that stood nearly a foot and half less than I did and I weighed something like 150 pounds more than her. Petite little cheerleader. But the night she caught me sleeping with a friend of hers....she went crazy. And she attacked. I didn't any of aggression except for to push her hand away a couple times and do my best to walk away from her every time she came at me. In the end I still ended up with a lot of scratches, a large cut on my neck that required two stitches, a black and blue eye, and a really bruised shin. I get what you're saying in your post....but you're also passing off way too many generalities. Anyone with intent to do harm can indeed do harm if they're motivated to. Size doesn't matter, nor does gender.

And Hunt is not appealing... I suspect Roger told him he wanted to give him 10 games, but agreed to make it 8 if Hunt agreed not to appeal...Just speculating.
Or, the Dors told him. Look, we are going to give you a chance here so you don't have to wait into the season, but let's look at the facts, if they give a reasonable punishment you need to put your tail between your legs and face it head on. Get it over with and not be a black eye on the organization. Like someone else posted, if he fights it, it keeps it in the media and people talking about it. He needs to get it out of the media as quickly as possible. Honestly, I think Goodell was MORE than fair with only 8 games...
