i have my moments of clarity lulz, few and far between but i can have them. didn't even think it deserved a minor, debatable anyway. just an unfortunate hockey play don't know how else to describe it.
Kelly out from a slash, Eriksson out from an open ice hit, Thornton out from stewpididdie. Broonz looking for an entire NHL line.
lol, think it was Kunitz. I'm a huge Chris Kelly fan, this is a big hole to fill. He plays Claude's style to a T. On the bright side it should provide an opportunity for someone. Campbell and Paille, are obvious choices to move up. Could throw Campbell right up in the middle. Both would be good 3rd liners on most if not many NHL teams. Vets are probably the answer but Id love to see what one of the relative unknowns can do- Soderberg was a center but they've been really working w/ him on playing the left side NHL wing. His lack of vision, meant in a literal and not hockey-vision way, makes it tough for him to play on the right side, so this article below says anyway. I think he's still early on in the NHL learning curve. http://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2...ting-bruins/8kD4l6ZFAr6qpyuMXvu3DI/story.html Matt Fraser -LW good size, has been tearing up the AHL w/ 16 g in 23 gp. Another piece of the Seguin deal. All the players they've received have worked out well, Eriksson the least to this point. Maybe they find a way to get Fraser in for top 9 mins. Ryan Spooner -C speedy little guy, 24 pts in 21 gp. really want to see him in top 6 mins if possible. but Clod don't change lines evah, to a fault so its unlikely. Jordan Caron, tick, tick, tick. clock is running Caron.
I can't wait to see what Cload does with the bottom groups. They're in a good spot to gamble on some kids even though vets are probably the answer like you said.
I was just catching up on Caron. Curious about how he'll fit or won't fit with the plan moving forward.
he hasn't really figured out his role or game yet. i think he should go the smart-tough-reliable 3rd line W route. years past he'd puss out and then sit for long stretches. been much more physical this year.
Hamilton out for a week now. Hopefully the Proviston Bruins can salvage points in Edmonton and Calgary, never thought Id say that coming in to this season. Chara Seidenberg [del]Hamilton[/del] Krug Bartkowski [del]Mcquaid[/del] [del]Boychuk[/del] Miller ?? Warsofsky
Matty, It looks like your boy Lucic has become "disenchanted" with his hometown, Vancouver. I am going there in June and I am glad that it's after the season - I may be able to enjoy a great city without their goons enforce. I have to admit that I really do not like that guy. His Hit*, while legal, clearly involved unnecessary force. But, he's good for at least one thing; for validating my distain for the hockey team from Boston. In Buffalo, The Hit, has risen to historic proportions. We do not have to go into details to know what it's about.
