Halo, may I assume that you're using a different meaning for "intercourse" than what we all do here on MnC routinely?
firehalo, what's yer name, friend? May I call you Frank? I just strikes me as presumptuous to do so without asking first.
i actually prefer this one much better. just thought that a certain Beatles fan here would appreciate Ringo.
holy crap, who's the poo jabber that introduces him in the first one? i have a bad feeling that's edgar winter
and to elaborate: don't get me wrong, as a duo, lennon/mccartney kicked ass. on their own, paul flat out sucked, and lennon, to me, wasn't much better. the closest thing i have to a solo work by either of them is jealous guy - but it's the cover by roxy music.
I think you should listen to band on the run or wings at the speed of sound I agree that paul had nothing left in tank in th 80's. George put out all his material in one triple album with all things must pass. Lennon had great tunes, but sometimes the production wasn't up to par
band on the run is the closest thing paul ever made on his own to a listenable track that i'm aware of - but it's not listenable enough to me
as for harrison, all his stuff with the beatles were his own compositions - most of which i like a lot. i see no reason to separate harrison into pre and post beatles categories. with john and paul, it's a valid (and necessary) consideration.
George would put out his two best tunes almost every album, on revolver he had 3, they were all good, don't like blue jay way too much, piggies is real cool.
ah, i had forgotten about that one, betterer than band on the run. i never got blue jay way either. i love(d) my drugs as much as the next guy, but i never got high enough, or in the right way, for that one.
one of these 2 was just named GM of the greatest franchise in the universe. unfortunately its not PJ Axelsson. screw you Sweeney, i hope to lift the Cup over my head one day right in your face and hope you're pissed about it because theres no way i'll have earned it.
Fuck you Sweeney. I hope someone beats you with your silver stick for ruining 1000 games with the Bruins.
I'm not sure what that hire accomplishes other than to identify Seabass and Smithers/Burns jr as the ones to put under the microscope at the next sign of trouble.
and the first move of the Don Sweeney (?..sigh) era has been made. Bruins sign Joonas Kemppainen. b moar gelous. u prolly cant. http://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2...-kemppainen/IO6QwrolV5F3dupf8quU9J/story.html
