I said if we didn't win by at least 2 scores it would be an embarrassment. And it was on both sides of the ball. The worst possible outcome here is that Trubs performance for roughly 1 quarter creates a false sense of hope for Nagy and Pace.
That is a bad Loins team. Im happy with handing them an L, i'll always be happy about that. But if this team added up to very much we would've beat them easily. At least 14+ It was ugly on both sides of the ball.
Its ok blang buddy. It wasn't enough. He took some horrific sacks today. I know he had some good TD passes but its no where near enough to make you forget whats gone on.
At least they give the raiders a worse pick. This team is a mess. Akeim Hicks is dearly missed. They can’t generate any pressure. Double/triple Mack and the bears can’t get to the qb. Mitch is bad. But they’re stuck for the rest of 2019 with him. Pace is gonna add somebody. Nick K can get himself a very nice contract if he keeps playing like that. Not gonna bother with refs. Bad teams get bad assignments.
No where near enough to make me forget what I saw in the 4th quarter from Trubisky, which was as bad as any quarter he's played this year. But I'm not worried about myself. I'm worried about Pace mainly and I will continue to worry until I see a legit veteran brought in next offseason.

I’m positive he did. Hoge and Jahns were talking about how they’d open it after all it’s a win, but keep it subdued? I dunno, doesn’t bug me too much. Their play on the field bugs me.
I have no problem with Nagy allowing the players to do that. They won the game. Let them enjoy that and then tomorrow you review film and go over the things they did wrong.
This has been a losing season with poor execution across the entire roster, including yesterday. Nothing worth celebrating. The players should be disappointed with how they've performed. The fans aren't happy and it doesn't look good when the players celebrate while we're still pissed. String a few more wins together and I'll be fine with it.
I don't think its a good look at all personally. With the exception of a few players everyone has played badly this season. As a team they are way below the level they should be and its reflected in their record. Hell its not like they even played well yesterday, they held off a really bad team starting their backup QB on short notice. None of that is reason to have a party. Win the next one, then go into Detroit and win as well and then you've earned the right to act like you achieved something(and even that is only a 6-5 record). Partying after a narrow win over a scrub team is getting dangerously close to juice boxes imo.
Morale in the locker room is as important to winning as anything. Them celebrating for a few minutes after the game is harmless as long as they are right back to work today.
You realize that “party” realistically lasts just a few minutes, right? And it’s something that bonds the team together. I have no issue with it. It’s near the bottom of the list of the few dozen things wrong with this team.
