In a long game where there could still be multiple more scores (like multiple FGs and a TD) it could absolutley make sense to kick an XP there. However, planning on that the way the game has been going so far is pretty silly.
The defense has been horrendous since Bradford left the game. Bradford was playing less than 50% which is why the Vikings weren't moving the ball. The sacks we got were on him, not because of the D. And this D couldn't force a turnover if the fate of the universe depended on it.
Scary first TD but it counts no matter what. Sucks getting excited only to remember how easy the Vikes are moving the ball in the 2nd half.
Is this the same defense that was in there in the first half? Oh no, wait... it’s missing the pre-season/practice squad legend John Timu.
Trubs had an easy first down had he dumped it off to Cunningham. Instead, he was zeroed in on Wheaton. The bad snap didn't help him either.
