    If he starts the game, none. They will stack the box with 9 guys to stop Howard and Cohen - just like everyone does against us.

    If he has no choice but to throw, being down three touchdowns, well, then all of them. The front 4 doesn't have to respect the run so they pin their ears back and attack.

    Point is, I don't think you throw him directly into the path of an oncoming train, in the most hostile environment there is with the game already out of hand, for his first regular season experience.

    Start him next Monday vs. the Vikings. 10 days to prepare, still can salvage a decent season at best; at the very least you get him the real Monday to Sunday QB experience.

    It's not really 10 days.

    They haven't practiced and wont until Tuesday?

    Maybe even Wednesday?

    I might be wrong.

    Yes, but just because he doesn't have to report to Halas Hall doesn't mean he isn't preparing.

    You can bet he would have the game plan and hours of Vikings game film to go over at home.
