Both the Steelers and Panthers pulled a rabbit out of their hat and saved my week. It was looking pretty gruesome there for a while.

A brief update . . .

Going into week 11, I was 1 game behind @Tim for 3rd place YTD.

TNF: I had SEA, Tim had G.B. Now I'm tied with him.

Sunday, we both sucked canal water and both went 5-6. Still tied.

Tonight, he has LAR and I have K.C.

I was actually a quasi-productive 8-4. However, I did lose BOTH my suicide picks in SoCal's pool. The football Gods giveth...

 

I was wondering why the Saints were wearing their road uniforms at home, until I heard that Sean Payton had made and lost a golf bet with the Eagles coach earlier that if he lost then he'd let the Eagles wear their home uniforms during this game.

One hell of a statement game - for this year AND last.

 

And tonight we get to see who the #2 team in the NFL is. I think that the Rams D is better. That should make the difference.

 

And that will put me at 9-4 for the week. I'll take it. Could'a been a lot worse.

 

Neither D is doing great - should be a barn-burner. I have KC tonight.

 

If the Saints clinch homefield throughout the playoffs....look out!

Then again, they're undefeated on the road.
