We have 8 starters and 8 bench players. I might have to wait until after this weekend to try to pick him up. Jordan Cameron and Denver D are on byes this week. I can drop my second TE and D after this week.

I agree with the guys above on doing it only if you have ample roster space. If you can pull of trashing your second defense for him it is worth buying the lotto ticket and stashing him as long as you have the space. Once injuries start compiling and bye weeks start cramming your bench for space you may have to end up dropping him later but at this point why not carry a guy of his talent over someone who will not realistically start for you ever.

I picked up Gordon in one of the L4SN leagues and he will either be a nice edition to my lineup come crunch time or he will get dropped when my roster demands it (whichever comes first). Guys like AP and Gordon are worth owning as long as it does not force you to miss on great waiver additions or force you to start an injured player or someone on a bye week IMO.

I'm thinking of finally dropping RG3 this week who I have yet to use. Cutler was named starter in the preseason, no controversy. :D

I need someone to drop him for first. I lost a waiver claim this week.

I'm going with Kelvin Benjamin over Mike Wallace. Now too bad I couldn't go back and sit Garcon.

And so far that looks like a mistake.

TD Benjamin. dang you Garcon (or should I say Cousins for not knowing how to throw period.)

Need some help with my flex this week. I am stuck between Larry Fitzgerald @ Den or Rueben Randle vs Atl. Steven Jackson is also an option, but probably not an ideal one with the other 2 guys

I have Cobb, AJ Green, and Maclin starting at WR and Bell and Jennings starting at RB if you think I should switch one of them out.

  10. LAOJoe Assistant Coach Manager Patreon Silver Maple Leafs Eagles

    Probably Larry.

  11. If Palmer is starting (which I just read @ Fox is very likely), I would go with Fitzgerald. They will likely be playing from behind anyway and will be throwing.

It's tough to steer away from Larry, but Randle is going to face a very favorable match-up and has been targeted heavily the last 2 games.

I think Arizona loses this game early, and the Giants are in a shootout the whole way through.

Larry could get the garbage time yardage, and possibly a score but I lean towards Reuben to get a lot more chances in the red zone this weekend.

I'll go against the crowd here and take Randle.

larry has been a disappointment and until his numbers swing up, i'd go with Randle. Eli has been busy with the passing game and Randle is getting targeted enough to trust. go with Randle.

  14. Jason Guest

This is a close one but I will go with Randle as well. Like Tim said, he has been heavily targeted as of late with 10 targets in each of last two. You cannot count out Fitzy stepping up and having a big game but the numbers say Randle in this one. He has the better matchup and will draw less attention than Larry. Falcons will be busy trying their best to stop Jennings opening things up for Randle and Cruz.

MNC Community - how do I fix my fantasy season? I've played the hardest schedule in the league and am now 2-3 (predicting this week). My team is toast right now though, and I can't play waivers like last year because we have 12 teams.

Put a fork in me, I'm done!

since you've played the hardest schedule, it should get easier. running 2-3 after a difficult stretch, you might be better off than you think. what does your team look like? do you have heavy byes coming up? remember, the other teams will have to deal with byes too. expect some under-achievers. if this was IDP, you could make up some points with some LBs or DBs too.

  17. Kid M.V.P. Ravens

It's definitely not IDP. What's funny is the GM I played (and lost to) this week is undefeated in our league, but if he played my schedule, it says he would have been 2-2, and if I played his, I would be 3-1. Total horrible scheduling luck on my side! Luckily it's all for fun, but losing always stinks!

    My team:

    QB- Aaron Rodgers, Carson Palmer
RB- Montee Ball, Lamar Miller, Justin Forsett, Andre Williams, Carlos Hyde
WR- Randall Cobb, Vincent Jackson, Torrey Smith, Reggie Wayne, Eric Decker
    TE- Zach Ertz, Travis Kelce
    K- Matt Bryant
    DEF- Texans

This is my second year in fantasy, and I am going to make it a law that I don't pick a QB in the second round again (especially when picking 11th in a 12 team league).

I just had a 6-team fantasy draft today. Weird on the amount and the lateness. But a few of my brothers buddies wanted in so we scrounged up 6 of us last moment and had it. I had to of course set it up since we needed to get it more than just having stacked guys everywhere. So It got made into this:

    2 QB
    3 RB
    4 WR
    2 TE
    1 WR/RB/TE (added after draft)
1 WR/TE (this was an error and meant to put a RB in here too but could not remove after draft)
    2 K
    2 DEF
    9 Bench

With this at least it will be more that just starting only mega stars. I wanted Lynch at #3 but got sniped. I just decided to get Peyton and hope for DeMarco at #10. I returned the favor and sniped him. Then I just couldn't pass on McCoy still being there at #15. I couldn't pass on him twice. I felt I was the one that knew the most though. Guys just kept slipping that had no business being there. Le'Veon at 22, Marshall at 27, Nelson at 34. Not to say guys were completely unsavvy but one or two teams may have trouble.

  19. Need some advice from my friends here.
Keep in mind that return yards also count in my league.
    I have two spots open.
D.Hester against the Bears at home. Bears might have the worst ST in football right now.
Welker at the Jets (weak secondary)
    S.Smith at TB
    Thoughts ?

  20. LAOJoe Assistant Coach Manager Patreon Silver Maple Leafs Eagles

You take Steve Smith here. Don't let last game scare you. Welker needs a couple more weeks of observation IMO (although I did start him in one league because I'm taking the risk on sitting Cruz.)
Also will the Bears kick at Hester when they know how big a threat he is?
