the lack of urgency so far by Tricky Ricky scare's me,i just have this feeling its going to be the Vikings are good just not elite...he's got to go and get somebody that knows what to do so sick and tired of his monotone voice drives me crazy,i really don't understand why some people think he's all that and a bag chips lol

More good news for the O-line... The Vikings announced Friday that they have signed tackle Mike Remmers. The 27-year-old started every game for the past two seasons for the Carolina Panthers, and has made 37 total starts in his career. An undrafted free agent out of Oregon State, Remmers is entering his sixth professional season. Remmers has spent time with multiple NFL teams, including the Vikings, before latching on with Carolina in 2014. He also had stints with the Broncos, Buccaneers, Chargers and Rams. Remmers spent part of the 2013 season and 2014 training camp with the Vikings. He helped the Panthers get to Super Bowl 50 and blocked for Panthers quarterback Cam Newton during his NFL MVP campaign in 2015.
Well, they were in on Alshon Jeffries and Okun, but neither wanted to be a Viking. Vikings may be developing as a bad place to play right now... I sure hope not tho.

On his Snapchat account Saturday night, Patterson posted a series of messages which included "All I am hearing is stay with the Vikings Trust me I want to!" He also added "What you gone do Rick?" Which was more than likely a nod to Vikings general manager Rick Spielman. This has been a strange offseason for the former first-round pick so far. Patterson is coming off his second Pro Bowl and finally seemed to get some opportunities in Minnesota's offense under interim (now permanent) coordinator Pat Shurmur. When we spoke at the Pro Bowl back in January, he was adamant that his next destination would have to make some assurances about his role on offense. "Of course, man," Patterson told me. "Two years I spent damn near on the sideline. That's never a good feeling for any player. No player wants to go through that," he said. "I need to know if I'm going to play or not. If not, I'll take my talents elsewhere."
