Bridgewater resumes throwing, with Vikes QB depth a concern EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) ? Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has resumed throwing with his sore shoulder. Coach Mike Zimmer has kept quiet about Bridgewater's status. Bridgewater threw a few dozen short and medium-length passes in practice Tuesday, for the first time in front of reporters in a week. He didn't play in the preseason game at Seattle, and Zimmer has refused to discuss the injury. Bridgewater was in full pads during weekend practices, but he didn't attempt any passes. Backup Shaun Hill was also held out of those workouts, raising concern about the team's depth and health at quarterback. Hill returned to action Tuesday. The Vikings host San Diego on Sunday, the first game at U.S. Bank Stadium.
i'am not that worried about Teddy or Shaun, this aint nothing but a media freak-out...its time for US BANK to show-off and for the Vikings to show they are for real!!!!!!
Coach Zimmer is mum on if Teddy and AP are going to play Sunday. We probably wont know until game time.
yeah the countdown for US BANK STADIUM is on lets hope the Vikings are ready to play..its going to be on tv coast to coast
the Vikings have been homeless for about 2yrs now but no more, today is the day its been a long wait at times it seemed like they would never get done...man it cost BIG BUCKS to go to a Vikings game but US BANK STADIUM it is very nice GO VIKINGS
i just don't get the Teddy sore shoulder talk, after the poor O-line play when the Vikings played at TCF i bet Teddy was sore all over his body the talk was MIA..its kinda like an excuse if he play badly
Im not sure about the shoulder stuff. I know Zimmer wasnt worried, but i dont think he wants his QB killed out there either. One thing the Vikings arnt, is deep at QB.
