I've been watching highlights of Zach Wilson very impressive what I really like he can move in the pocket he's an athlete he's a young guy and he seems to have that it factor, would look nice in Purple and Gold
Dalvin Cook joins short list of highly-productive players As goes Dalvin Cook, so go the Vikings. And lately Cook has been going, unlike most have ever gone. Consider this: Per the NFL, Cook’s 252 yards from scrimmage in a 34-20 win over the Lions coupled with 225 yards from scrimmage in last week’s upset of the Packers, coupled with his two touchdowns today and four from last weekend, makes him only the third player in league history to have 225 or more yards from scrimmage and two or more touchdowns in consecutive games. Jim Brown did it in 1963, and Deuce McAllister duplicated it in 2003. Cook also matched Emmitt Smith by scoring a rushing touchdown in each of his first seven games of the season. Cook’s 12 rushing touchdowns in seven games are fourth most in league history, behind Jim Brown (14 in 1958) and Emmitt Smith and Priest Holmes, who had 13 rushing touchdowns in seven games in 1995 and 2004, respectively. I just read some funny azz sh*t about why was Stefon Diggs was mad kinda?whatever that means,he's a good player but he was not the Minnesota Vikings just a player on the Vikings as good as he was he dropped some easy azz passes, I wish him well but really who in fuck cares about the diva laughing at him better to have somebody who wants to be here the Vikings seem to be doing fine without him
Kirk Cousins got first Monday night win in 10 tries Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins‘ struggles in primetime games have been well documented over the years, but he was able to get a chance to feel how the other half lives on Monday night. The Vikings outlasted the Bears for a 19-13 win that marked Cousins’ first victory in 10 starts on Monday night. While others have made a big deal out of Cousins’ record, the quarterback did not pin much extra significance to the win when asked about it in his postgame press conference. “You know, for me it’s all about playing well and doing my part,” Cousins said. “I’ve played long enough to know there is not a lot you can control as a quarterback. The ball is in your hands, but so many things are out of your control. So you just do the best you can, play the best you can, and that’s where my focus always is.” Cousins was 25-of-32 for 292 yards, two touchdowns and an interception on Monday night. The Vikings were particularly successful on third downs as they converted 8-of-15 against a defense that only allowed opponents to convert 31 percent of them heading into the game. The win was the third straight for the 4-5 Vikings and the outlook for the season is a lot brighter than it was a month ago. “I just think as the season goes on you start to figure out who you are and how you play and who you lean on,” Cousins said. “I think it’s been nice to kind of figure ourselves out, find an identity as we play through things.” They’ll try to keep that winning identity in place against the Cowboys in Week 11. When will the Vikings seriously start coaching up Kyle Hinton to be a backup and eventually becoming a starting O-linemen,the loss to the Cowboys hurts but the future looks pretty bright might be time for a new coach and a QB even though you did play well
I think Hinton is going to be a good one someday, but right now he needs, coached, mentored and experience. Their are a few ahead of him right now, but he is a depth piece for now in my opinion. Not a bad pickup for a seventh rounder. I think Cousins has been suffecient for now, improved at least compared to the first handful of games. I like how he has progressed. Still needs to be more consistent/efficient. Maybe Kubiak is saving Zimmer's bacon for right now. The next two games at home are crucial. I think Zimmer may just seal his fate by what happens in the next 2 or 3 weeks. If he can work a miricle on the defense and right that ship, he's probably good to go for this season anyway... but he is flirting with disaster.

Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen has been placed on the NFL’s COVID-19 reserve list. The Vikings announced today that Thielen has been placed on the list, which is for players who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or had close contact with someone who tested positive. The Vikings did not say whether Thielen tested positive. Thielen played on Sunday against the Cowboys, catching eight passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns. Thielen leads the Vikings with 49 catches and 11 receiving touchdowns this season. The Vikings will play the Panthers on Sunday. NBC
Justin Jefferson is not the front runner for offensive rookie of the year and Justin Herbert is JJ means more the to Vikings Justin Herbert been losing games while Justin Jefferson been winning games don't understand this system is crazy
Could be LA Chargers FUTURE QB but right now it's Justin Jefferson, do I think he can be a pretty good QB yes I do Justin Herbert but right now it's Justin Jefferson IMO
Vikings linebacker Eric Kendricks was set to play in Sunday’s game against the Jaguars until he wasn’t. He re-aggravated a calf injury pregame that had limited him during the practice week and was ruled out. Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer said on Wednesday morning he was hoping Kendricks would be back on the practice field. “I saw him in the hallway today, we’ll see how it goes,” Zimmer said, via Andrew Krammer of the Minnesota Star-Tribune. “We didn’t talk much. We got a few more days to get ready.” The Minnesota defense was able to adjust and beat the Jaguars without Kendricks. But the Vikings would surely like their leading tackler back for Sunday’s matchup against the Buccaneers. NBC
As a die-hard Vikings fan I do not miss Stefon Diggs and his tweets Justin Jefferson is doing just fine
