A SB contender can't see it first win the NFC NORTH the Packers got something to say about that, with all turnover the Vikings have had i think James Jones is just blowing smoke cause Tricky Ricky and Zimmer have to NAIL!this draft to keep their jobs IMO
You also stay well does anybody know what's going on?at times doesn't seem like it this is just terrible
Rick Spielman the Master Drafter? guess he has the best DrAv of all the GM's whatever that really means, i guess he really is good at working the system i wonder will he be trading back crazy on draft day P.S. bottom here line no SB for the so called Master Drafter
I'm just curious is Rick Spielman making the picks in the draft not Mike Zimmer and Gary Kubiak if that's true that's a lot power
Spielman calls the shots, but I presume a lot of communication goes on between him, Zimmer, Kubiak and the Wilf's. Probably some other tech people in there also, ie, scouts.
This draft reminds of last years draft the Vikings need O-linemen in the worst way but i wonder who's out there,Mike McCarthy has struck again taking CeeDee Lamb i was hoping he would fall into the Vikings lap would have been a real nice replacement for Diggs,it's been a long wait lol
Like the Jefferson pick now work on the O-line big time cause it's been a weak spot for the Vikings for years
In the 2nd round Rick Spielman better address the O-line and defensive backs and in the 3rd round work on the Defense i believe you can find pretty good players, wow you couldn't trade up with the 25th pick for an O-linemen?
Vikings take Justin Jefferson at No. 22 Fifteen years after the Vikings used the first-round pick they acquired by trading receiver Randy Moss on receiver Troy Williamson, the Vikings used the first-round pick they acquired by trading receiver Stefon Diggs on a receiver. The Vikings have taken LSU receiver Justin Jefferson with the 22nd pick in the 2020 draft. Jefferson will be expected to make an immediate impact, given that Diggs’ departure leaves a gaping hole in the starting lineup. In his final year at LSU, Jefferson had 111 catches for 1,540 yards and 18 touchdowns. NBC
After Trade, Vikings Select TCU Cornerback Jeff Gladney with 31st Pick The Vikings selected cornerback Jeff Gladney with the 31st overall pick after trading down Thursday during opening night of the 2020 NFL Draft. Gladney, a senior out of TCU, stands at 5-foot-10 and weighs in at 191 pounds. He started 10 of 12 games played for the Horned Frogs in 2019, totaling 31 tackles (24 solo), one interception and 1.5 tackles for loss. His 14 passes defensed led the conference, and he garnered a First-Team All-Big 12 selection in his final year in Fort Worth. While Gladney is a shorter cornerback, he was described by NFL draft analyst Charles Davis has playing with "great aggressiveness and intelligence." The Athletic's Dane Brugler tabbed Gladney as the third-best cornerback in this year's class. Daniel Jeremiah ranked him as the 46th-best overall player in his Top 50. Vikings.com
The Minnesota Vikings taking LSU wide receiver Justin Jefferson with the 22nd overall pick was the best value of the first round. He's perfect for Gary Kubiak's offensive system, and he'll end up catching a zillion balls for Minnesota. He's so dependable, so reliable, and will always be where he's supposed to be. He is going to get open, catches everything, and will be really good in the red zone. I wouldn't be surprised if we look back after next season and say the Vikings upgraded over Stefon Diggs. I have to see what the CB does before I grade the Vikings draft. Jefferson should have your offense moving on up. The big question is can your defense be equal to the task with the offseason losses.
Man NFL coaches are living large the Cardinals head coach home is frickin amazing the Vikings head coach home is WTF with that big azz fireplace with that big azz Elk head over the fireplace
