I have a question are the Vikings afraid to be Great or Elite i read that somewhere it does have a ring of truth, cause every year its the same old same old why won't the Vikings take the next step up

Sometimes you run into a situation where, while a coach is good he still can't win the prize. Andy Reid, Marty Shotenheimer just to name a couple, Chuck Knox ect

Its just mind blowing all the luv Dak is getting in a loss its like it hurts them to give the Vikings any credit for winning, the Vikings won and the Cowboys lost yeah Dak had a good game but Dalvin Cook was frickin awesome no talk how the Vikings shut down Zeke and Dalvin Cook was a bad man!

The 'Talking Heads' were saying it was bad play calling by the Cowboys. Hell, it was the Vikings defense!

The Vikings beat the Cowboys on Sunday night without defensive tackle Linval Joseph. They may not have him for a while.

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Joseph recently underwent surgery on his knee. He practiced on Wednesday before missing practice on Thursday and Friday.

He apparently suffered the knee injury on October 20 against the Lions. He hadn’t missed a practice before last week.

Per the report, the Vikings are optimistic that Linval, who had a meniscus injury, will return “in the near future.” They host the Broncos on Sunday before a Week 12 bye; perhaps Joseph will be ready for the five-game stretch run that begins with a Week 13 Monday night visit to Seattle.

Josh Rosen as a Minnesota Vikings is very interesting i wonder how he would do on a good team?,and what take to get him if they make that move sounds like a move Tricky Ricky would try to make

I just hope the $84 million dollar man stays upright and we never see another QB for a while. He has been worth the cash lately.

Yeah what a difference last year he was bad and the O-line sucked, the play action is helping Capt Kirk get the ball out of hands faster i will admit he's playing better so is the O-line can you tell me why is Pat Elflien starting? they still need to get a qb or draft one IMO

Former first-round draft pick Josh Doctson has suffered another career setback.

Doctson was waived by the Vikings today.

The 26-year-old Doctson was Washington’s first-round draft pick in 2016, but he barely played as a rookie because of an Achilles injury. In his second and third seasons he was healthy and managed just over 500 receiving yards each year, but he was released just before the start of this season. The Vikings picked him up but he didn’t catch a pass during his time in Minnesota.

The timing of the decision to waive Doctson may indicate that receiver Adam Thielen is ready to return this week.

The Vikings also announced that they have promoted linebacker Cameron Smith to the 53-man roster from the practice squad and signed fullback Johnny Stanton to the practice squad.

Well Josh Dotson could never adjust to pro football Adam Thielen is ready to play good, cause Russell Wilson and the Seahawks are a hot team playing very good football i'm very nervous about Russell Wilson he will most likely pick the Vikings defensive backfield apart

That's why the Vikings control of the line of scrimmage will be so important. Dalvin Cook must run well and the Vikings must keep drives alive and keep the Seahawks offense off the field.

    :vik:

    Bring those bastards on !
