These guy's should have been in the HOF years ago Ahmad Rashad Ed White and Jim Marshall,is it because the Vikings have not won the SB and in every game they lost badly, and it does seem like there's some hate because they have not won the SB
Well... I really don't think its a disdain towards the Vikings. I do think you can make a case for nearly every football team with a long history will have a hand-full of guys who should be in the Hall. Maybe they need to enlarge the yearly class and get these guys in.
I like seeing the receivers amped up for the new guy! https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...rk-cousins-has-been-phenomenal-entering-2018/
I'm glad Jerry Kramer got in before he died now it's time to get Jim Marshall in before he passes away, why does take so long for some of these guys
LC Greenwood is not in wow I thought he was already in and Ed Too Tall Jones what heck are they waiting on,IMO some changes need to be made so more people can get in the HOF
They need to EXPAND it. These HoF museums are small and do not reflect the greatness of sports culture. It makes the HoFs seem less or inadequate, making the act of getting in seem ho-him. Sure, it’s a great honor, but the Hall should physically reflect it. These places are considered Mecca to sports fans. Have you seen the REAL MECCA? I’ve mentioned in the past these places need to grow and become fascinating because, honestly, I don’t give two shits whether I go to visit a HoF or not. Maybe hockey, but I’ve heard that’s a bit of a letdown as well.

This pre-season will be really interesting I just hope the O-line comes together in the pre-season for KIRK COUSINS sake
The Pro football HOF is actually quite remarkable already. However, they are going through a massive expansion project as we speak. It will be the best HOF of any sport when it is finished, if it isn't already. I have also been to Cooperstown and the air about the Baseball HOF is magical. I'm not sure how much they are willing to do to change that atmosphere. The Pro Football HOF though will be a massive improvement that is/was scheduled to be done in 2020. I haven't been down to Canton in a couple years to see the progress, other than I know the stadium improvements have been completed.
Well Cornelius Edison it's looks like you have a chance to show what you got against the Broncos, this pre-season I want to see how Mike Needham, Holton Hill,Brian O'Neill,Kyle Sloter,Kendall Wright,Mike Hughes, look
Case Keenum looking forward to “great test” against Vikings... When a player gets set to face his former team during a regular season game, there’s always a media session that features a lot of questions about the reunion. The answers usually include something about team goals superseding any individual feelings that might exist. That’s even more true in the preseason as teams are trying to settle on their roster and frontline players aren’t playing the entire 60 minutes. Those realities didn’t stop Broncos quarterback Case Keenum from facing questions about the Vikings on Wednesday. Keenum helped the Vikings get to the NFC title game last year before leaving for Denver as a free agent and said there are no hard feelings about how things played out. He also said he’s expecting to see the same tough defense he saw in practice last year. “I got a firsthand view of how good of defense it is,” Keenum said, via the team’s website. “I know we’ve got our work cut out for us. It’s going to be a great test. I’m excited to go compete against a really talented defense.” Keenum won’t be the only quarterback facing his former team this weekend. Vikings backup Trevor Siemian was the primary Broncos starter for the last two seasons and will also get to renew acquaintances with old friends on Saturday.
The decision to place Easton on Injured Reserve was rather easy following the news that he'd need neck surgery and subsequently miss the entire 2018 season. Tom Compton will be the guy at left guard for the Vikings moving forward.
Mike Zimmer on offensive line: Stay calm... Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers went the R-E-L-A-X route to diffuse concerns about the team a couple of years ago and the head coach of another NFC North team is going with a variation on that this year. Vikings coach Mike Zimmer confirmed on Thursday that left guard Nick Easton will be placed on injured reserve after having neck surgery this week. Easton’s loss will leave the team without a projected starter on the offensive line and injuries to center Pat Elflein and right guard Mike Remmers have some worried about what kind of shape the Vikings are in up front. Zimmer showed no panic, however. “We’re going to figure out a way to get it done, so: Calm. Tweet that,” Zimmer said, via (what else) a tweet from Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “That’s my new saying. We’re going to get a bunch of Mike Zimmer Foundation T-shirts that say, ‘Tweet that.'” Tom Compton is up next at left guard and has 71 games of NFL experience with 15 career starts. The team has four preseason games and the rest of August to consider other options, including those that might become available via trade or release by other teams. (PFT)
Stefon Diggs and Xavier Rhodes: All is well after “family thing”... Wide receiver Stefon Diggs and cornerback Xavier Rhodes were on the same page Thursday after being held out of Wednesday afternoon’s practice by head coach Mike Zimmer. Zimmer said the pair “did not make me happy” by getting into it with one another during a walkthrough on Wednesday morning and called their behavior “juvenile” on Thursday. Zimmer added that “everything is good” now and both players echoed that when they spoke to the media. Diggs called it a “family thing” that’s now in the past and Rhodes used a similar analogy to explain what happened between the players. “It was just the competitive nature in us,” Rhodes said, via the Pioneer Press. “I didn’t want to lose. He didn’t want to lose. … It’s stuff like that if you have a sibling you grow up with and he does something you don’t like and then something tends to go off.” Diggs also went to the time-honored training camp tradition of saying it will feel good to hit someone on another team after a long run of practices. He’ll get his chance in Denver on Saturday night. (PFT)
