The MINNESOTA VIKINGS "INSTANT REPLAY" Only had 4 picks this year, so obviously I had to be diligent and make the best of it. Tried to hit the positions of need with the PBA. Round 1 - Nick Emmanwori S - South Carolina *2024 First-Team All-American (AP, Sporting News, Reese’s Senior Bowl, College FB Nation) *2024 Second-Team All-American (FAA, SI.com, CBS Sports, Phil Steele) *2024 First-Team All-SEC (unanimous) *2024 Joe Morrison MVP Defense *2024 Blanchard-Rogers Trophy Finalist *2024 Safety of the Year (College Football Nation) *2024 SEC Player of the Year (College Football Nation) *2024 SEC Defensive Player of the Year (College Football Nation) *2024 SEC Safety of the Year (College Football Nation) Finished with 88 tackles and 4 picks last season and he's just a sophomore. #1 rated Safety on a few boards. _________ Round 3 - Jack Nelson OT - Wisconsin Stays healthy and doesnt miss too many games. Ive always liked the offensive lines at Wisconsin as they seem to always have a stout run game and decent pass blockers. With OLinemen flying off the board i thought he'd work out. Good size too, 6'7" at 316. _________ Round 5 - Devin Neal RB - Kansas DRAFT PROJECTION: 3rd... Overall Rank: #79 Position rank: #7... A good workhorse back that I got in R5 while he was predicted to go earlier. _________ Round 6 - Thor Griffith DL - Louisville Appeared in 30 games during three seasons at Harvard … recorded 132 tackles and 33.5 tackles for loss … registered 13.5 sacks... had a knack to get people in the backfield. 3 sacks last year at Louisville and 4.5 TFL's. Played in all 13 games. _________ Not a bad hull after scratching off every player i ever wrote down... all 4 were backup to a backup pick I had to make on the fly. It was still a bunch of fun. All of you did well and I appreciated being involved in this exercise.
I really liked the Devin Neal pick and almost took him for Miami in the 4th (went WR instead). So you got him ahead of me in the 5th - great job on that one.
Got the Rams last two picks coming, B2B after Browns here. Pondering whether to simply go BPA or split, one BPA + one position swing
The Los Angeles Tim literally just took him like one or two pics ago Broncos within last 6 selections
