Interesting... If you search for him in the search bar it shows him as being on the Stu Cats roster. Did you search him out or notice him on the list of players when scrolling through? I only ask because I have an open email with FF that I send anything I find that is an error, including shit like that. They've been really good over the years at getting back to me within a couple days with an answer or correction.
I checked FF and Rodgers is listed as under contract by Stu Cats when on the QB 'all' drop down tag... If you click on 'free agents' I didnt see Rodgers. There shouldnt be two different things going on there, kinda strange.
Every year I have issues with finding players post draft. Since we have several draftniks that participate, there are names that get called that are pretty far down the depth chart. Like, the guy may actually just be a season ticket holder that tailgates so much he just kind of drifted to one end of the bench... So, when I go to add players to the rosters, those names sometimes do not appear in the search. Managers have to go in and add them manually from the regular system to correct it. Whenever that happens, I go ahead and send an email letting them know, and they send a polite thank you and sometimes it's corrected by the time we enter the next draft class for the next league. I could see something like that being possible, but I can't remember if I have noticed it before.
I was just scrolling free agents. Had it filtered to Avg which put him really far back considering his average was 0.
May have a dumb question here, but I don't have to list all the free agents I want all at once do I? It's probably easier on you, but I'm trying to play some strategy with what I do. Either way I'm good, just want to make sure Thanks
You can roll em out however you like. The only ones that will be removed from potentials for people to sign are the ones that end up accepting contracts, which is determined by the bid being timed out. Any bid that is made today cannot be accepted until midnight tomorrow, and if someone places a bid on one of those players tomorrow before midnight the clock will reset.
TE-Evan Engram-Jac $7,500,000-2yr WR-Brandon Cooks-Dal $11,000,000-2yr WR-Rasheed Shaheed-NO $1,500,000-1yr WR-Noah Brown-Hou $1,000,000-1yr LB-Divine Deablo-Oak $1,500,000-1yr
Sorry, another question I read the examples, but need clarification on this. If I offer a shorter contract that is more money than a longer contract, would I get the free agent? Or is it the longer contract? Thanks
"Highest bids are determined by a combination of yearly salary and length of contract. A contract offer of two years is worth more than a one-year salary offer". Hope this helps... quick answer to your question is no. Length of contract on the initial bid is where you have to start... you must increase the length of the contract or if you match the contract length you have to bump up the offered cash amount by the set increment which is as follows - "All bids on contract with a price tag of $4,999,000 or less must have each additional increase be no less than 1 year or $100,000. All bids on contracts with a price tag of $5,000,000 or more must have each additional increase be no less than 1 year or $500,000". ____ _____________ Thats how I see it, but waiting for Tim's input is probably best.
