There are Bears fans who will tell you the '86 Defense was actually better than the '85. Not gonna go down that rabbit hole here but suffice to say there are key metrics and circumstances on the ground at the time which do support that argument.
Great... you'll have a busy draft ahead of you, and you really haven't missed a thing since SF didn't have a first or second rounder anyway. The previous GM made one small trade that now has your first pick coming up a little sooner. You'll be getting at least one other trade offer soon (from me, so I know about that one for a fact). The spreadsheet tracking all the picks so far is on the very first post on page 1 of this thread, and a quick rundown of the rules is on the next post. Keep in mind that all posted times on the spreadsheet are Eastern. You can trade picks, players, future picks, whatever. If you need a reference for what future picks the real life teams have traded, there's a tab on the spreadsheet for that. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
I have so many, but I'm figuring out as we go. This is awesome, can't believe this is first I heard of it. And a trade already, even better. I have 2 players in mind right now, if both are gone probably will trade.
If you look at the upper right of the web page, you'll see "Inbox" in the menu row. That's where the private messages (aka "Conversations") are. That's how we do trade talks. Or at least most of the time. Sometimes we don't bother with secrecy and make offers or have negotiations right out in the open.
Yes. @Willie OTC then you and then I have a list for @xinik, I think. (I'll have to check to see if it's intact or shot to hell.)
