But at least Nagy was having so much fun. He said so!

Everything Ev said. The one thing the Bears do well on offense is run the ball, and we decided it was time for the Greatest Show on Turf. A leopard doesn't change his spots, and the idiot went for 8 handoffs instead of 7.

I had honestly forgotten the punt is what led to the 8+ minute drive from Rodgers. How do you punt on 4th and inches down 2 scores in the 4th? When the defense hasn't held shit in the second quarter. I mean, I guess they wouldn't have picked it up anyway?

The worst part of this, is the 30 points will make it seem like this team is competent. They are not. The injury bug has hit for sure, but that's not what lost this game. What lost this game was the complete lack of adjustments. The game is 60 minutes long and for about 40 minutes, this team was completely dominated.

No one on this team, sans Fields, should be safe. If you can get a big return in draft picks, do it. Such a Bears thing to do, to deny the truth of the situation and try to muddle on.

Oh, and that loss guarantees a losing season. The Bears have left 2 games against the Vikings, the Seahawks and Giants. The Vikings have their problems, but I can see them sweeping as well, and the Seahawks and Russell Wilson giving us fits, so only the Giants game is really one to see as a win. Maybe still that end of season Vikings-playoff spoiler?

We beat the Raiders during their head-coaching troubles, and the Bungles. Thank god for the Lions being the Lions I guess.

Our head coach is not an idiot:

    100%.

Adjustments and lack thereof were what decided this game ultimately. We had the better of them for most of that 1st half, then they made adjustments and we didn't. It has been a common theme throughout Nagy's time here.

Can JJ move to slot if he has to? Thats the question i have. I know he can travel outside to outside and has but i dont know about slot. If he can then that is a huge adjustment that Desai didn't make. Cos JJ for the 2nd week running went up against a top WR and more than held his own. Borderline shut him down in fact in the 1st half at least. Being able to get Adams isolated on Crawford in the slot was an enormous mismatch that was created and another difference maker.

I dunno. I think the Bears could def win 3 out of these last 4. It wouldn't save Nagy, he is surely done, but it does concern me that it might be just enough for Pace to spin.

The Bears have long matched up well to the Vikings. For all we may have felt tormented during Adrian Peterson's time there, they've only swept us 4 times in the last 20years and 2 of those i believe were the John Fox years. We're ahead 13-9 over the last 11years. I think its very likely we split but given how able they are to shit the bed out of nowhere this season we could realistically sweep them.

I bounced between the Seahawks & Falcons games in the early games. The Seahawks made hard work of the Texans. That scoreboard flattered them, it was a close game until deep into the 4th Q. Russell Wilson was quietly not having a great game for some time which is something he's been quietly doing all season. The Bears will be on a short week for that game and its in Seattle, so yes the Bears are underdogs, but no one is scared of playing the Seahawks this season and they've already been beaten at home 4 times.

The Giants are a bad team who's wins have all come against other bad/pretty bad teams. I dont think they have a single win against a winning record team. By the time they get to Chicago their season will be more than done.

Jesus Christ, did i just talk myself into the Bears running the table?!! Ok excuse me ending post now and fucking right off.

Thats unusually honest for him, especially so soon after the event. Maybe he knows his gig is almost up and doesnt feel the need to put the act on anymore.

Run more empty sets, clearly. Spend more capital on TE's, obviously.

I heard on I think it was Hoge and Jahns that JJ doesn't feel comfortable in the slot (or something along those lines), and that was one of the big things the Packers did was to scheme away from JJ. I admit, I was only half paying attention.

Jesus dude, I guess it is late at night over there so you can hit the weed hard, but fucking hell. NO, the Bears are not running the table. I'm being a bit unfair, a split with the Vikings is the most likely, as they have been an amazingly hot and cold team. The Giants are awful but have the same record as the Bears without having played the Lions - though otherwise yes the Bears schedule has been worse. The Seahawks are not the Seahawks of old, but still not Lions-level pushover. Can the Bears win 1-3 games out of this? Totally, I believe that. Will they run the table? Honestly I fucking hope not because that's the kind of shit that retains Nagy like it did last year. I don't think it does, but you never know with these asshats.

Nah, Nagy has this figured out dline, you just run the wildcat. Can't get pressured if the QB isn't taking the snap.

Yeah i was half joking about that. I dont see them running the table. But winning 2 or even 3 out of this last 4 will not surprise me.

The worst part about this is when Robinson first appears in shot im pretty sure his head is turned to Fields. So he can see he's escaped the pocket and completely sells him out. Disgusting.

First team meeting they have that would be up on the big screen.

A-Rob has straight up quit. The offseason can't come soon enough.

He also admitted to making no adjustments on Davante Adams...who kinda had a good game.

I've been pissed at him all season because of his effort.

After that the guy can simply go fuck himself.

He also admitted he should have gone for it on that 4th and short late in the game. It's like he's crying out to be fired, and yet the beat goes on.

Care more about marketing than the product. How bears...

    Also, LOL sorry, Ev.

What exactly does this mean? The whole of UK and Spain are now subjected to Bears games every week at the cost of missing out on other games?

Also, Urban Meyer is gone. I'm worried Jags are going to snag Pederson before we even get a chance to interview.

  20. blang84 Legend Bears

The good people of the UK and Spain don't deserve this. Should've forced our crappy product on the French instead.
