If this contest gets graded within the next 75 days, it'll be the earliest it's ever been completed.... not that I'm doubting....
Really Joe? lol! C'mon... Must have been before my time. Mid summer is usually when we get the results... turf_toe is a little math savant. Always has been. He gets it from his grandfather.... I'll ask him if he's up to grading these. Kid taught himself the Rubix Cube when he was 7, I'm sure he won't sweat the DVC. lol! (if I can get him to do it)
2016 I know it was done in just under a week. I'm leaving it up to RT this time because he says he has a system to do them quick.
I thought I heard something about that. I should have left my "completely ignored" list completely alone.... Nothing more aggravating than when you put in the time and have it all dialed in , only to make last minute changes based on some "douche report" you heard on the radio after a couple drinks, 5 minutes before the f'n deadline. lol!
Can't blame some of the participants for being frustrated. We've been bad for it in the past. Us hardcore draftniks spend like 1-2 months prepping for the draft, probably a month constantly on here mock drafting, spend 2 straight days ignoring our family and friends to finish all our entries for contests. Then 3 days watching the climactic peak of our excitement, meaning the real life draft. Then this funny thing happens. The final pick gets announced, you know your favorite team's real draft haul, and then it hits you...the wall that is your exhaustion with all the computer, all the analyzing and over-analyzing. And the last thing you want to do is spend two more days doing complicated math staring at a computer screen trying to figure out who won this competition. But part of that is our fault, for the scoring system we put in place. It's almost too complicated. And we're definitely in discussions for how to alter it for next year. Easily a couple years overdue.
FUN FACT: The list of guys chosen at least once for every option, a Riser, a Faller, and a drafted Correctly player; Quinn Meinerz (3.1 in our mock) Dayo Odeyingbo (4.1) Hunter Long (4.12) Marquez Stevenson (7.1) Four whole guys. I guess we didn't know how to value them. LoL. Anyways thought that was amusing. Probably at least another 27 or so chosen as two options
Well if we’re lucky I’ll get it scored real late tonight. More likely tomorrow night. I failed to account for Mother’s day
