Hahahahaha! That's phenomenal! Yeah, there's a contingent of us down here with our fingers crossed, quietly hoping... We will see...
Avs are a wagon. long stretches where it looks like the Coyotes dont even belong on the ice with them.
Especially towards the end of the last game. Colorado outskated them and outhustled them and won every puck battle. Coyotes kept doing the dump and chase, but the Avs were just better and would constantly beat them to the puck. Islanders are a surprise to me... are they that good or is Washington just flat? Vancouver looking impressive also. I think that series is the hardest hitting/checking game of all of them... good hockey action, but the Nucks are too much so far for Binnington and the Blues, but i wont count them out till its over. Hope all of you puckheads are enjoying this stuff... its different but its not bad at all, in my opinion.
David Pastrnak will be a game-time decision for the Boston Bruins against the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference First Round at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Saturday. The forward was unfit to play in Game 2, which Boston lost 3-2 on Thursday. Pastrnak did not participate in an optional practice Friday, Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said. As part of the NHL Return to Play Plan, a team is not permitted to disclose player injury or illness information. Teams that win Game 3 after a Stanley Cup Playoff series is tied 1-1 are 215-106 (67 percent) winning a best-of-7 series. Carolina rebounded one day after a 4-3 double-overtime loss in Game 1 in Toronto, the Eastern Conference hub city. Goalies James Reimer and Petr Mrazek each has started one game this series, with Reimer making 33 saves to win Game 2 after Mrazek made 36 in the Game 1 loss. The Hurricanes have not announced a starting goalie for Game 3. Tuukka Rask is expected to start again for Boston, Cassidy said. NHL.com
Tuukka left the bubble. Good guys are in trouble, I think Halak and his numbers are smoke and mirrors. Hopefully he proves me wrong and goes on a run.
Seems like the Caps are flat but that’s what good teams will do to you, just like what the NYI are doing. Anders Lee has been real good. I despise the Islanders as an organization but I cant help to respect this specific team. They play hard nosed and smart defensive hockey. Barry Trotz deserves to give the Caps the middle finger after he won them a Cup. Vancouver looks great, hope they take out the Blues. Vegas rolling. Real interested to see how Philly comes out in game 3. Expecting them to be flying.
WC: Colorado over Vancouver EC: NYI over Philadelphia Stanley Cup parade in Denver. I like your Pick's Dan........mine were similar in my Money Playoff League.... ....I have Av's beating Lighting for the Cup....Lighting over Islanders for EC....Av's over MY Canucks for WC. Vancouver looks great, hope they take out the Blues. Game # 3 will tell the story Matty......Canucks have Home Ice......that is weird they are in Edmonton......lol
Svechnikov went down ugly. If he’s out it’s trouble for them. Mrazek and Halak looked great today. Kase’s best game as a Bruin. One day he’s gonna bury it...... right?
You get credit for your correct reference to the hockey team from Boston. (Otherwise, I think you must be in a corona induced tizzy.)
