We are only talking about tendered RFA's. We added tendered RFA's into tier 1 so we could move them to signed status and get them off the books sooner. So, in effect, if no one bids on them - they will be moved to "Awarded" status 48 hours after Free Agency opened and then signed by the tendering team.

So, if you're considering bidding on a tendered RFA, you will need to place your bid before 8:00 am this Sunday morning (EDT) at which point the 48 hour clock for that specific bid will reset.

 

Of course anyone not tendered is simply a UFA.
