If I am not mistaken, the 24 hour clock for RFAs doesn't start running until the start of Tier 2 Free Agents or until an offer sheet is presented, whichever comes first.

 

Not this year. We're allowing bids on them in Tier 1 to get them off the books.

I probably should have said, "Tendered RFA's". I'll edit that in.

 

Sure, it's just weird because people might not go after RFAs until Tier 1s are off the books because they aren't always option 1, especially those without a tender.

 

Also, read the *** IMPORTANT NOTICE *** posted on page 1. It clearly spells this out.

 

Some clarity on something please. I understand we can bid on them now. But if no one bids on them are they signing their tender after 48 hours or only 48 hours after T2 opens?
