This olympcs was almost unwatchable because of the standards set by the previous five. He wants to say this achievement is worth more to him, don't know what to say.

Not sure. I always go by Golds first. All the networks seem to change between Golds and Total Olympics to Olympics though. Probably between which they think they'll he better at I'm advance lol.

 

If it weren't for the Germany and Czech teams that always had good games this tourney would have been unwatchable.

 

The nhl rule really didn't have any effect on the german roster. I think their league compares to the other leagues in europe (except khl), it's just they don't produce as much nhl talent.

 

They have more NHL talent than you may think.

 

Maybe, I only recognized Erhoff and goc on their roster. In the nhl, they have tobias rieder, greiss, seidenberg and probably a couple of others. If they allowed nhl players, the germans would've been a non-factor.

 

Germany has more talent than that but if they did allow NHL players then other teams would be far ahead of them.

 

Big time, you take away nhl players, they wont be missing out on the quality like canada or the us.

 

Or should I say, they didn't miss out on superstars.

 

Draisaitl is pretty awesome, would be their best player.

Another thing about Datsyuk’s comments, you didn’t actually even play for your country.

 

Totally forgot about Draisaitl, he still wouldn't even make the Canadian roster.

well the USA didn't do as well as past years in Golds or overall. I think they set the Gold medal record and overall record in Vancouver.

 

Canada set the gold record in Vancouver.

There are so many more events now compared to before though.

 

USA had the overall medal record Norway just beat.

 

Triangle Man must be suffering from CTE or something. No way an OAR medal is better than the Cup.
