    First Round possible sneaks...

This is an interesting take to me, mainly because you view Reid and Moore as being out of the first round conversation.

You got a long shot, hail Mary kind of name?

Darius Leonard is usually hanging around late 2 early 3. I’ll go with him to make a big jump.

    1st round sleepers:

    TE Dallas Goedert
    WR Michael Gallup
    RB Kerryon Johnson ;)

    Goedert the most likely imo.

He didn't start off a sleeper, but his floor fell out from beneath his feet and many have him going in the middle of the 3rd round now...my name would be Orlando Brown

I've looked at some more Orlando Brown tape last night. I never focused on the UTEP or Oklahoma State tape much and luckily those were the ones on Draft Breakdown to make it easy. He looked like absolute crap vs UTEP. He was being beat or didn't give a shit vs them. And then halfway through the Oklahoma State game he was getting stupid. Didn't allow a sack ever? LOL one there was his fault even if it wasn't credited against him. Also it seemed like he often relied on the blocking back to do his job for him (or he got saved by him). He also doesn't get as much push as I'd like.

Looking at these 2 games then the tape does match the combine. I wouldn't consider him at all in the first 3 rounds or even the early 4th if other decent OTs are still on the board.

There aren't any decent OTs, therein lies the problem...same with QBs they will inevitably float upwards out of need. I almost prefer Martinas Rankin over many of the others.

It's a crapshoot, and it's a position that they really have to project on...As far as what order the OT's will fall, I don't think McGlinchey gets by Cincinnati, and Connor Williams is maybe a good bet somewhere in late first round IMO.... But after that, who know's? I got O'neill next, and then any order of Okorafor, Rankins and Jones would not surprise...One to keep an eye on is Noteboom.

    1. What team in the bottom third of the draft is most likely to panic and reach on a player after missing out on their targets (like Colts with Phillip Dorsett and Eagles with Marcus Smith). Or conversely, what player could go in the 1st that most don't expect to go in the first that has no business going in the first... and what team is likely to reach for him?
    2. If you were the Eagles' GM what would you need to trade down from 32. Also are there any players you take there regardless of trade offers.
    3. One player you are really down on and one you are up on that you wouldn't be surprised made you look like an idiot.

Opposite of the right side. So wrong.

    TopDawg questions:

Do you think the Cleveland Browns will trade up from the second round into round #1 for an OT to replace Joe Thomas?

Do you think Cleveland will trade down from #4?

Assuming the Browns take a QB at #1 and then Chubb at #4, or perhaps Barkley, who might you expect Cleveland to target with their two picks at the top of round #2?

Do you expect the new Cleveland regime, led by John Dorsey, to finally right the ship? Or should we plan on another sarcastic parade?

    @RTTRUTH

I believe he addressed both of those in the last podcast. Yes they could look and even trade up and Guice to Tampa at 7 but likely not happening. He mentions other key spots and ranges as well.

Ok fellas I need you to talk me off the ledge. Why is taking Saquan Barkley at #2 overall not a terrible decision? I am really trying to get behind this but I just can't bring myself to support it. Give me some hope that Barkley isn't just another Reggie Bush and is worth passing on a top QB for... The noise coming out of the Meadowlands is all pointing at Saquan and I it's killing me way more than expected.

In your case, the best scenario is for the G- Men to trade down out of #2 to a QB needy team. That works for me as well as it gives the Browns the pick of the QB litter at #1 - and - Saquan Barkley at #4.

All you have to do is decide to trade the pick and announce the trade before the Browns go OTC at #1. :point:

Either that, or just select Bradley Chubb.

I'll talk you off the ledge..The Giants are only in this position once every 20 years, they are taking a QB to be heir apparent to Manning. I will be surprised if it different and they really do take Barkley.

THAT SAID, I do think Barkley's skill set is unique and he has all the tools to be a very high contributor to whom ever ends up taking him. He can help in both the running and passing game. I think the Broncos would sprint to the podium if he is available at #5, bypassing a QB there.
