FYI Chris just as an example since my bro asked me, you can still bid on a rescinded bid as long as you haven't won it as long as it doesn't seem like you were "playing the player".

Can you translate that so I know what you just said?

 

Chris rescinded on Xavier Williams now. That does not mean he can't bid on him again later. That is only the case if you rescind a won bid. When deadlines approach and Chris thinks he can't get his primary target he can still bid on Williams again, although he can't look like he is messing with the player. So if he kept rescinding a bid in advance every time he thinks he can win a different bid it would be shady dealing with the player.
