  1. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

Damn you Q for ruining my morning...I need to make a list of the franchised players. That one surprises me a bit.

  2. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

    The Cleveland Browns bid on
    Nate Solder
    $11,000,000

    Previous bid
The San Diego Chargers bid on
    Nate Solder
    $9,000,000

  3. Chris Guest

I can't see a post in the Franchise Tag/RFA/ERFA thread which says this?

  4. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

    The Cleveland Browns bid on
    Trumaine Johnson CB
    $10,000,000

  5. Quew777 Franchise Player Manager Lions

The issue is its only on the Bears sheet, it isn't posted in the thread. I don't know how the rules work in that instance.

So on this note, is there a central spreadsheet or something that's keeping track of this? Or are we expected to read every post and make our own spreadsheets?

FA has been open for like 1.5 hours and it's already getting annoying to keep track of whose bid what on whom.

  7. Willie Head Coach Manager News & Notes Vikings

Should have been posted in the specific thread when it was decided.

There is a designated spot in this the 'General Managers Office' part of the web-site for all moves/transactions/offers and such.

  8. RTTRUTH Legend Manager Colts

I think $28 mill is still the top bid by rule.
10% increase still a rule, yeah?

  9. Chris Guest

10% or *Doctor Evil* 1 MILLION DOLLARS, I believe.

EDIT: Front page of this thread says 10%, the message that was sent round with the Schedule and rules says 10% or $1m, whichever is less.

Chargers bid on Weston Richburg C
    $6,000,000

  11. Soffacet Guest

The rules say 10% but I agree with Chris that a better rule would be 10% or $1M, whichever is smaller. The point of the rule is to prevent petty $1 increments, but it doesn't seem right that the only way to beat $28M is with >30.8M. JMO.

  12. Torgo M.V.P. Manager Falcons

Thanks - missed the 8am part (and missed out because of it) but that's okay.

  13. Chris Guest

I love the image of Kirk Cousins' agent on the phone to two teams going "$28m and 1c. $28m and 2c. $28m and 3c..."

They might manage to finish negotiating by the start of the season.

    CHARGERS bid on NATE SOLDER
    $12,000,000

    previous bid
    The Cleveland Browns bid on
    Nate Solder
    $11,000,000

  15. munoz1987 Franchise Player Manager Broncos

    The Denver Broncos bid on
    Kirk Cousins QB
    $32,000,000

    Previous Bid
The New York Jets bid on
    Kirk Cousins QB
    $30,000,000

this is insane but Everyone knows that cousins ain't gonna play for the damn Jets or Brown's no matter how much money they throw at him

  16. Quew777 Franchise Player Manager Lions

We still operating by the 10% rule?

  17. Soffacet Guest

Apparently the rules that were sent out in the PM say 10% or 1M, whichever is less. The rules in the first post of this thread seem out of date.

  18. I wouldn't be so sure about that....

Regardless, $32 million is too much for me

  19. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

It was capped at $1,000,000 minimum last year...I do not see that in this year's thread though.

  20. IrishDawg42 Legend Manager Browns Buckeyes Fighting Irish

Dude, your Broncos only won 5 more games than the Browns...and we didn't win ANY... You might want to get off your high horse before you are bucked off. The Jets won the same amount of games as you, with a harder schedule. The Browns and Jets sucked in 2017, but it's time for you to realize...The BRONCOS SUCKED IN 2017.

Now, if you had said this as part of the Vikings, I would understand...but come on man, you guys sucked.
