Would Squeeler fans be so quick to put Pig Ben up against Eli or Romo?

 

I was going to offer Romo vs Ben to Gildon.

 

Of course not.....it's a battle they CAN'T and WON'T win.

 

I would do it if the bet was Eli. Ben has consistently put up a higher rating. Romo is a bit tougher of a challenge but I don't think Ben is that far below him in terms of numbers.

 

There you have it...challenge Wacko to Ben vs Eli.

 

I would already give the nod to Dez as that is Romo's primary target. Rodgers has multiple receivers and will distribute the ball to all of them so................

Is there a wager or just for bragging rights?

 

I think the av bet should be the wager for all contestants. I think it makes it that much more interesting/fun.

 

I'm leaving the wager up to the 2 parties to hash out between themselves.

All I'm doing is the official scoring.

 

Not in a fantasy contest where the winner is decided by totals only. If you all had paid attention to the flaws with totals when comparing quarterbacks you'd understand why. Fantasy football numbers are what opened the door to idiocy like Eli > Ben in the first place. Sorry but I'd rather have the quarterback who is significantly more accurate with his passes (completion % ), isn't competing with the league leaders in interceptions on a regular basis, moves the ball down the field better (YPA + completion % ), and is more efficient with it in the process (TD%, INT%, QB Rating, YPA, completion % ).

I thought this would be an interesting bet. IMO the stock on Rogers is still rising--vs--Is the window closing on Brees. Who knows.

What about team defenses then? They're easily put to fantasy points scenario.

What happens when a player is hurt? Just talley points up to that point or is it just "tough TD's" for for the loser?
