I'm sure there will be those that don't like this move. Only time will tell but here's why they hired him...

Tannehill's only two seasons with Arthur Smith.

    Beat me to it…

Looks like the Steelers might have made their choice for offensive coordinator, ex falcon’s head coach Arthur Smith. Kind of concerned about the selection considering how their offense did with Robinson, London, and Pitts all being high 1st round draft picks. I understand he wasn’t the OC for them, but you’d think he’d look into why his offense was struggling, especially considering his job was in jeopardy.

He didn't have a QB in Atlanta. Might not have one in Pittsburgh either. Only time will tell. Maybe they bring in Tannehill to compete with Pickett.

Technically, Tannehill played for the Steelers Week 18 this season. And got the win for us! :bravo:

I hope that we resign Rudolph as Pickett’s main backup. I would also like to draft Travis Jordan with a pick in the third or fourth round if he’s available then.

Yes, I am off the Joe Milton bangdagon, heck I lit the hay on fire and dove off the bridge. Dude is hitting guys in stride however they play for the other team. He has a blind spot for LB's in zone. Hard pass now and off my board. Possibly they bring in Tannehill as everyone is guessing, as long as Trubisky is sent packing his shit and hiring National Van Lines.

I am wondering if they bring back the Fullback, Smith is a fan of the position. I like the 4 TE we have and although not a pass catcher, #87 is a Special Teams keeper.

Joe Flacco might make a good backup QB especially if Rudolph doesn’t sign with us.

I am wondering if Derek Watt returns or that ship has sailed. Arthur Smith is a FB orientated coordinator. Connor Heyward is more of an H-Back, similar to David Johnson IMHFO.
