I don't even know where to start. Yesterday's game was the worst 4th quarter collapse in Ravens history. It was so bad, Falcons fans would cringe. Sigh, let's get into this.

    - Lamar Jackson is continuing to prove that he can play in a standard offensive scheme. I've said for years (see Browns thread a few offseasons ago) that Lamar is a good passer, the team has always just focused on running while giving him no real talent to catch the ball. Lamar set some more record yesterday in a loss. It's sad to see how Baltimore might be wasting his talents at this point.

    - Greg Roman is under fire today from fans. As someone who has constantly called out Roman, I don't get how he's to blame. Yes, the run game sucks and he's supposed to be a run game guru. Yes the play calling was suspect as hell on the goal line. But at the end of the day, his offense scored 38, with 0 turnovers, and lost. You'll never convince me the offense was to blame under those circumstance

    - The defense is trash. I don't know how else to put it. What they let Tua do was embarrassing. Yes, there were multiple injured players who didn't suit up, some that played injured, and both Peters and Humphrey sat in the 4th, but man this defense is bad as it currently is.

    - I can't figure out if the run blocking is terrible or the RBs are. Could be both. This is what I blame Roman for, again as a supposed run game guru. I don't blame him for yesterday's game but the overall run game is terrible if Lamar doesn't carry it. Roman has always had fairly athletic QBs who's running takes attention away from the RBs. His "genius" has been smoke and mirrors here.

    - Ravens made Tua look like a hall of famer and I won't get over that for awhile.

    - It's a plus that every team in the division lost. At least we didn't lose any ground, but it's a big missed opportunity for taking an early lead.

Every early game in our division looked like the price is right give away. The Steelers gave the patriots the game. The browns gave me jets the game and you watched the ravens give away a 21 point lead. . But like you said we are all tied at 1-1. Thursday nights game is already a big division game. I don’t see the Steelers winning crap until Tomlin gets off his high horse and puts Trubisky on the bench inactive. He can’t play at the NFL level. With our offense hamstrung with bitch we still had to gift the game to the patriots for them to win. Good luck going forward because that’s what it’s going to take to win this division.
