This one is ours. I'd like to see our D live up to it's promise, but I expect Baker and the boys to look good. BTW, I can't remember feeling so good about my Browns after a loss. Anybody else?
These teams stack up pretty closely, actually. Notice that both are atrocious on the road, giving Cleveland the advantage this week. Browns will need to contain Christian McCaffrey as he's the focal point of that offense. We're scheduled to get Terrance Mitchell back in the secondary this week, so that's a nice boost for our side as well.
This is the week that we need to hold the opponent to field goals..If we do that, we win. I think we can score on them, they have a pretty decent defense, but it isn't put together like the Texans. I think we will win each quarter, but not by much... Browns pull it out by 4 at home.
I'm not sure he's containable. This guy is pretty amazing. He's gonna set the all-time mark for RB receptions in a season. McCaffrey is fast and knows how to get himself open, he has great hands, and he's tough to bring down. This dude will be a problem....The only good thing is, I have him on my fantasy team. lol! (but I got Chubb too!)
The Bucs just held them to 17, and picked off Cam 4 times. If we can get out to fast start like we did in Cincinnati, we might be able to just stomp these guys out. Carolina has lost 4 in a row, and they just lost their star TE for the season. The Browns need to start bullying a little bit. Panthers team confidence is fragile right now. Our pass rush is for real, and Cam, similar to Watson, is another QB that holds the ball too long and depends on his athleticism to get him out of trouble. If we can make him pay and create some turnovers, it could be a long day for the Panthers...
....One other thing. I don't think Cam Newton is anywhere near healthy. He has a right shoulder issue that is obviously bothering him, so I don't look for him to run as much as he normally would. Even though I do expect McCaffrey to get his, I think this game sets up very well for the Browns to pull the mini upset (Cle +2.5). I'm expecting a huge game from Myles Garrett. I'll say three sacks and 2 forced fumbles...Browns take em down 31-19.

Sweet! And everyone in this site is a part of that. Positive, negative, wishy washy, passionate, or homer, you counted, and continue to count. God Bless us Everyone.
"If" we can get out the gate fast, yes I believe we could roll Camolina, but...... I don't want to be a Debbie downer, but as much as I don't want our guys to hand their heads after losing last week, it bothers me seeing so little serious attitude, with so much ahead. I continue to fear our youngsters still feel an "I got this" attitude. Probably reading too much into it, but it always makes me nervous when they seem to feel like that. I look forward to the day, that makes me feel confident.
Browns CB Denzel Ward (concussion) is out for Week 14 against the Panthers. It improves the matchup for Cam Newton and D.J. Moore, as Ward is easily the Browns' top cover man. Cleveland is expected to get CB Terrance Mitchell back this week from I.R. after he broke his arm earlier in the season.
I think today's matchup against the Panthers will go a long ways towards giving us a glimpse into what Dorsey and company may look at in the draft. This is really our last game this year against a team with a stud running back and should serve as a pretty good benchmark on where we currently stand against the run.
As anyone who knows me, I'm going for an big, quick, athletic interior D-lineman. Where the Browns appear to get gashed the worst is right up the gut between the tackles. The other biggy is WR.
Well, the run D will be tested today, for sure. Lookin for the Baker gang to get up early and never let up. Cam is like a wounded animal, and we've got to take the fight out of him by burying him in points. If it stays close, the God's could decide it with some crazy turn of fortune. Don't want to be praying at the end, just take the knee, then take a bow, and let's get ready for Denver.
I really do like what Mayfield brings to the offense. It's been a long time since we have had a real QB
